Field Notes publishes a small, stable surface for tools that read the web. Use the index first. Use the full dump when the job needs commands, diagrams, and doctrine — not titles.
Endpoints
- /llms.txt — markdown map of every live article and guide, with one-line summaries.
- /llms-full.txt — the same set with full bodies. Prefer this for “follow my house style” or “use my restore command.”
- /feed.xml — dated articles only.
- /sitemap.xml — every public URL.
How to brief an agent
Read /llms.txt first. If you need the exact commands, checklists, or diagrams, fetch /llms-full.txt. Treat Guides as current doctrine and Articles as dated argument. Quote the source URL when you reuse a command.
Drafts, scheduled posts, and preview links are not in these files. The public corpus is the published set only.
